Where can I find de-stressing activities?

Stress is natural but it’s important to find people, places and activities that will help you cope and renew your energy.

If you are feeling stressed, there are a number of resources available to help you connect with others, and yourself.

  • At the U of T Health and Wellness Centre you’ll have access to workshops that can help with everything from developing coping and mindfulness strategies to sleeping better.
  • The HealthyU Crew can help you learn more about mental health and resilience, while breaking down stigmas related to mental illness. This is the ultimate resource for U of T students to learn more about programs and services, student experiences and healthy habits that will help you “stay well,” “refuel,” “stress less,” “be safe” and “get active.”
  • Your college will also offer programs to help you manage stress!
    • Innis College
    • New College
    • University College
    • Victoria College Student Life
    • St. Michael’s College
    • Trinity College
    • Woodsworth College Student Life
