Tips

Always have some defined outcomes that you’d like to achieve – or key learnings – from each meeting that you have with your mentor. Know what type of advice, support or guidance you’re looking for and be sure to ask lots of questions and get the most out of each session.

Things to consider

A professional mentorship relationship is like any other relationship – so make sure it’s the right fit.
