Online resource for A & S students
A course syllabus has several important functions – class policies for the learning community, statements of pedagogical intent from the instructor, and a study plan for the individual learner. In this interactive workshop facilitated by Learning Strategist Benjamin Pottruff, we will briefly review the importance of course policies and learning outcomes before focusing on how to analyze multiple syllabi to create a study plan to support your academic success throughout the term.
For this first round of the workshop we will be using syllabi from BIO120H1 Adaptation & Biodiversity as well as GGR124H1 Cities and Urban Life as the concrete examples.
